Thanks for writing. I took a chance and installed Intrepid and was
finally able to install the drivers. In fact, any of the available
NVIDIA drivers I wanted to install.
On the HH version of Ubuntu, I probably installed the drivers 15 times
unsuccessfully. It was very frustrating.

Bug description:
I am trying to load nvidia drivers for a 8400GS. when i do, i get a blank
screen.
I have a wide monitor and the resolution is 1680X1050 @60hz. I don't see that
listed as a potential resolution.
could that be my problem?
