Forgot, for anyone who hasn't wrote a script before:

Put that in a new file and name the file 'ChangeBacklight.sh'

Open up a terminal window and navigate to the directory you saved the
file in, i.e 'cd ~/Desktop'

Type 'sudo chmod a+x ChangeBacklight.sh'

Then just open up the file and set the backlight.
