xawtv placed in sound & video is sufficient because it's an app that
lets you watch TV.

When i install Cheese, Xawtv and Camorama on Ubuntu Gutsy, they all end
up in a different part of the menu:
- Cheese - Accessoires
Xawtv - Sound and Video
- Camorama - Graphics
+ Camorama, Cheese - Graphics
I think it would be a good idea to choose one place for all of these
apps (havent tested other webcam tools).
