I couldn't fix it yet. The weird thing is, that it works sometimes and it worked perfectly with Hardy. I'll post the dmesg output again. Maybe somebody recognizes the actual problem. It looks like, if I'm disconnecting the stick during the downloading of the firmware, next time I connect it, it's good:
