Now ... ubuntu will come out in one week (or better Kubuntu) I will install it and tell you if it works or not. Honestly, I do not expect much, but for me its OK (I use Kubuntu for surfing and mails = Internet stuff, for all other stuff I use windows vista on my dual boot machine) But thanks again for the reply, I will inform you OK?
