I have to agree with Leann on this; it just doesn't feel like the same thing.
I happened to try the LiveCD last night but it was far from a normal session. In any case, I did play around with it for a couple of hours, and then left it idling for a few hours more. In total, Intrepid was probably running for around 5 hours and the problem that I normally have didn't present itself. Just to recap, my system is a laptop: Dell Precision M90.
