Public bug reported:
Trying to open your "Personal Folder" from the "Locations" menu will
prompt you for your root password.
This happened to me ever since I've been running the alpha of 8.10.
I thought it might be due to some faulty upgrading.
So I did a clean install of the 8.10 RC yesterday, but the bug was still there.
