Thanks for reporting this bug. We need a bit more information to find the
source of this problem.
Does this crash happen reproducibly every time you try to add a button to the
toolbar?
Does it crash for any button you add or only a specific button?
I tried to reproduce the crash here but was unable to do so. I added
multiple buttons to the kmail toolbar without causing a crash. If you
are able to reproduce the crash reliably could you please install the
package kdepim-dbg then induce the crash to try and get a good
backtrace.
