Yes, I have Kontact open whenever I'm logged in. This specific report
comes when I'm logging back in and allowing KDE to restart my previous
session.
I'm not certain about the reproduceability; it's happened several times,
but my memory is not good enough to be confident that it's every time I
log out and back in.
