Same here on Dell XPS m1710 - Nvidia 7950 GTX. Most noticable scrolling ccsm
and some apps. Also Icons not redrawing when they update on teh cairo bar.
Black squares on images and text not scrolling vertically properly, mouseing
over redraws them however.
I'm using Intrepid + compiz, been playing around to find a common behaviour
will update if I notice anything more.
