Got a solution. First manually delete your old .Xmodmap Files in your Home-Directory.
then do a sudo dpkg-reconfigure console-setup to reconfigure your Keyboard. After this perform gconftool-2 --recursive-unset /desktop/gnome/peripherals/keyboard and reboot.
