* Is this reproducible?
* If so, what specific steps should we take to recreate this bug?
* I attempted to reproduce this using an installed version of Xubuntu AMD64
from 2008-10-25. If I am correct, starter translates to the english launcher. I
was able to create and use the starter on my desktop.
This will help us to find and resolve the problem.
