Public bug reported:

Disconnecting or adding a USB device causes the module to use up all
available CPU time, and prevents the addition of other USB devices. USB
mouse still works thoughout all this. Could be triggered by aMSN trying
to access V4L driver for webcam. Cannot be killed. Attempts to unload
the USB modules failed.
