Public bug reported:
It turned out that KDE4 uses for program descriptions only the
GenericName field, while KDE3 used Comment and GenericName was only
optionally used. As a consequence, KDE3 application's desktop files
appear translated, while KDE4 application's description is untranslated
in the list. Attaching patch to check if there is a _Name string in the
desktop file, if there is no such string, then it marks GenericName for
translation.
