The fglrx driver don't build (so don't work) with rt kernel in Intrepid.
It is a regression from Hardy.

Patch is very simple: a couple of one-line changes. It is well tested
because it is the same patch already present in Hardy.

Moreover it is encapsulated into a ifdef statements to apply only on rt
kernel (CONFIG_PREEMPT_RT) so it don't affect other kernel flavours at
all.
