Steps to reproduce:
Open Base.
Create a new database. Finish. Accept 'New Database' as filename.
Click Tables -> Use Wizard to Create Table. Press ' >> ' to include all
'Assets' fields. Press Finish. Close the data view of 'Assets'. It
doesn't matter if you insert any data or not.
Click Forms -> Use Wizard to Create Form. Press ' >> ' to include all
'Assets' fields. Press Finish.
At this point, you are unable to press 'Finish' again to end the Wizard.
The only button that works is 'Cancel' which will destroy the form.
Neither 'Work with this form' nor 'Modify the form' have any effect.
