Hm. I think I got this situation now. Nautilus doesn't start, even if I kill it away and it's relaunched. Unfortunately nautilus -c doesn't yield anything useful and starting from command-line doesn't do anything but hang as well...
Please consider re-opening this bug with a high priority, as everything nautilus related doesn't work anymore. Feel free to ask me for issuing commands, I'll be happy to provide more information.
