Installed today using usb-creator on 2G Kingston, works with persistence.
Install to 4G Kingston gives "grub_"
Cloning 2G to 4G using "sudo dd if=/dev/sdc of=/dev/sdd" makes 4G Kingston
bootable and persistent.
