It is inconvenient that the upgrade procedure crashes because of a
corrupted package.

The upgrade procedure was left in a state where it was not clear whether
it is safe to restart the computer or not.

I think that upgrade-manager should offer an option to download and re-
install the packages that failed to install and to complete the upgrade.
