Thanks for your bugreport.
Please add the "restricted" component to you /etc/apt/sources.list or
remove nvidia-glx. update-manager does not upgrade your system because
it has to remove nvidia-glx.

after recieving Michael Vogt's mail I remove nvidia . I install 8.04 with
success . then I install nvidia again.
