Public bug reported:

I didn't know against which package to file this report. Sorry.

While the C100 suspends and hibernates just fine from KPowerSave (in Edgy Eft),
the associated hotkeys don't work. Following
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LaptopTestingTeam/HotkeyResearch, here's what I found
out:
1) Fn+F4 (suspend) and Fn+F12 (hibernate) don't emit a keycode according to
showkey.
2) They don't generate ACPI events (no change in /var/log/acpid)
3) In syslog they appear as follows:
Fn+F4
Nov 18 21:10:08 HumptyDumpty kernel: [17183525.088000] atkbd.c: Unknown key
pressed (translated set 2, code 0x97 on isa0060/serio0).
Nov 18 21:10:08 HumptyDumpty kernel: [17183525.088000] atkbd.c: Use
'setkeycodes e017 <keycode>' to make it known.
Nov 18 21:10:08 HumptyDumpty kernel: [17183525.120000] atkbd.c: Unknown key
released (translated set 2, code 0x97 on isa0060/serio0).
