I have already have the latest procps (procps_3.2.7-9ubuntu2_amd64.deb) installed. Actually I always keep my system up-to-date. Round about 2 or 1 week(s) ago, the problem began to annoy me, but later after some certain update, the problem went away, but again, after certain subsequent update, the problem came.
