#davmor2; but if you have a laptop... with nolapic and noapic; the "Power Manager" don't run correctly (and this is very important to a laptop). With "acpi=noirq" you can boot kernel 2.6.27 (Ubuntu Intrepid) correctly. Ubuntu Intrepid Final have the same bug (same kernel, same bug).
