Binary package hint: transmission
In Ubuntu 8.10, in the configuration tab for the web ui, there really
should be an apply-button. You activate the webui, activate require
username, enter a username and password and would like to use the Open-
button to view the webui, but you have to close the dialog for the new
data to be saved, or at least that's how it seems. If there was an
apply-button, you could click it, then click open tom see the webui.
