Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

I connected a brand new and fully charged iPod nano to my laptop, Hardy
Heron 8.04.1 install. Rhythmbox 0.11.5 popped up and I tried to drag a
song to the iPod device icon in the left pane. As soon as I released the
mouse, the application segfaulted. I got this from the terminal:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ rhythmbox

(rhythmbox:4238): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **: g_type_instance_get_private:
assertion `instance != NULL && instance->g_class != NULL' failed
Segmentation fault

I expected the files to be transferred to the device, or else a message
telling me if I was performing an improper action.

** Affects: rhythmbox (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
