Public bug reported:
I just finished downloading the full version of Ubuntu 8.10. When I go
to "Places" in the main panel, and click on any of the following: Home
Folder, Desktop, Documents, Music, Pictures, or Videos...I am
immediately directed to Movie Player...NOT a file browser as I should
be. I deleted Movie Player and rebooted to try and reinstall it, but
now the links just open everything in VLC. I'm pretty sure this isn't
something I did as an error on my own.
