** Description changed:
Binary package hint: ubiquity
When installing Ubuntu 8.10 via the livecd, towards the end of the
"Copying Files" stage, the installer terminated and I was notified that
"Ubiquity" had crashed. When I tried to reboot (without the liveCD),I
- had a grub "file error" (error 14, i think?) and could not boot into any
- of the systems (Win Vista or newly-installed Linux) on my hard drive.
+ had a grub error ("error 15") and could not boot into any of the systems
+ (Win Vista or newly-installed Linux) on my hard drive.
