I just tried 8.10 in VirtualBox and VPN tabs have these buttons disabled. Damn, I thought this would be the first Ubuntu version that i could recommend my users, whithout "oh and you just need to download pptp and network_manager_pptp before you could configure vpn connection". Oh well :`(
