Several of us are unable to get past mounting the installer iso in hd-
media based installer images. It seems that something is broken in the
initrd image for edgy. The mount command fails to mount the iso, caused
by a problem with setting up the loopback device.
The installer script that fails is /var/lib/dpkg/info/iso-scan.postinst
