Binary package hint: mdadm
I have very little information on this because it happens very early in the
boot process.
I use 2.6.19-6-generic kernel, when I start with the updated initramfs for
mdadm 2.5.5-1ubuntu2 the boot process hangs very long and then drops me to a
shell because lvm could not find the filesystem.
The shell is not functional and the only solution I found up to now is
downgrade mdadm to 2.4.6 something from edgy.
