Reconfirmed with the Intrepid Ibex i386 alternate install CD. No change
in symptoms; ISOLinux loads from the MBR, but fails to start the
Intrepid Installer. To install Intrepid on my (2 year old) laptop, I
currently have to install Gutsy, and network upgrade to Hardy and then
Intrepid :(
