Public bug reported:
Konsole supports Shift+Ins key combination to paste text from clipboard to the
terminal.
But the dolphin's embedded terminal (View->Panels->Terminal) does not support
Shift+Ins and pastes text "2~" upon the concerned keypress.
To reproduce:
Copy a command to clipboard and launch dolphin. Press F4 and at the embedded
terminal panel, press Shift+Ins
