When trying to run a clean install of Ubuntu 8.10, the kernel won't boot
when VMI Paravirtualization is turned on.
Previous release, Ubuntu 8.04 has no problems with identical virtual
machine configurations.
The used version of VMware is ESX3i 3.5.0 120505
