This is a known issue with pycentral . This is due to either a previous
version of the package installed manually, or remaining files after the
removal of the package. The workaround is to uninstall the package the
reinstall it or you can set overwrite-local=1 in
/etc/python/debian_config
I'm closing this report but feel free to reopen if you can't fix it with
the aforementioned workarounds.
