KMix should use KMilo's OSD to report changes of volume:
Steps to reproduce:
Launch KMix
Settings->Configure Global Shortcuts...
Configure the shortcuts by pressing ctrl+alt+up for volume up and
ctrl+alt+down for volume down
Close KMix window.
Press ctrl+alt+up: volume goes up but there is no visual feedback.
** Affects: kdeutils (Ubuntu)
