$HOME != /home
You will only get filesystems listed that are mounted in /media (and
possibly /mnt), all others are (by filesystem standards) supposed to be
part of your system (Root). It is not uncomon to have individual
partitions for most folders in /, so it would be quite annoying to have
all these show up in Dolphin.
