I should have seen that. Thanks a lot, is working, the noise stopped. I will put it to some rc.local or something, and in case i need wifi I will modprobe the module again. It's not the best solution, but is much better than no solution, which I had up to now.
I don't know to which status set this bug, maybe rejected, if there is really nothing to do in software way.
