Binary package hint: firefox
This is perhaps not a "real" bug, but IMHO when installing ubuntu the smooth
scrolling should be enabled by default.
It's also the case on windows, and the "default" scrolling is rather ugly.
Smooth scrolling works even with the vesa driver so IMHO this won't be a
problem but a much better user experience.
