Some minutes later I found a "fix", a work around can I say to the bug. In this topic https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/43961 was sugested to remove the snd_hda_intel module. So I followed the last comment and added "/sbin/rmmod snd_hda_intel" in /etc/default/halt. And whoopy! The shutdown works.
Maybe this workaround helps to fix the problem.
