It seems that in my upgrade from hardy to intrepid, VLC updated from
0.8.6 to version 0.9.4. I can't seem to open capture device /dev/video0
which is a Logitech Notebook Deluxe webcam. This webcam used to work in
the previous version (0.8.6). This program currently works in Skype and
Ekiga.
