Thanks for the report. In the future please attach each file separately.
It allows people to read the files from the web browser without having
to download a tar, unpack it, and use pager.
As for the bug report, please provide an "lsmod" output. Also, can you
explain the reasoning behind "noapic and nolapic" in the kernel command
line? I notice an APIC error on CPU1.
If possible try booting without these options.
