I just installed a new box, Gigabyte GA-MA770-DS3 motherboard with
Phenom 9850 and WG 150 GB Raptor.
I am getting a lot of hangs and delays in HD access, syslog shows:

I have tried:
pci=nomsi - no result, still hangs
acpi=off - still hangs, CPU frequency scaling disabled
noapic - NVIDIA driver does not load, low resoultion. not persued.
tell me what further info you need please
