Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: evolution

Release: Ubuntu 8.10
Version: 2.24.1-0ubuntu2

After upgrading to intrepid my search folders began running wild. While
my unread search folder does not correctly display the unread count (as
covered in another bug report), I have another search folder which
should display all e-mails larger than 500k in size. Before intrepid
(i.e. hardy), this search folder showed me all those messages as well as
having the correct unread count.

Now, there are roughly 80% mails with size < 500k and 108 unread (none
actually unread, but "108 in the folder, 4534 overall"). The unread
search folder, while including no unread messaged says: "10 unread, 107
overall".

I don't know if this is correlated in any way and I couldn't figure out
how or where the unread/overall message count originates. I tried
deleting the search folders, even played around in .evolution with
effectively changing nothing.
