I don't know for me this happened even without skipping network time.
First time it thrown the ubiquity error even without doing anything.
I tried for the second time too.
Here i skipped the network time option.
Then again the same problem.

Note: When booting from the CD, hard disk was damn busy and it gaves some 
"Buffer I/O error on device sr0 ....." errors on the screen.
Anyway after some time it loaded.
