git-svn info is broken with intrepid:
Steps to reproduce:
1. checkout a svn repository with "git-svn clone URL"
2. enter the working copy and type "git svn info"
Expected result:
Some information similar to the output of "svn info" is printed.
Actual result:
Only some error messages are printed:
Use of uninitialized value within @_ in localtime at /usr/bin/git-svn line 4277.
No such file or directory at /usr/bin/git-svn line 897.
