keyring code has changed substanial in NM 0.7 and hence i suspect that
this issue is gone. reopen if you can still reproduce in intrepid. start
nm-applet from command line and tell what it spits out when you have
these issues. also attach your complete syslog after reproducing if you
still see it in NM 0.7.
