Could be multiple things. a) a misconfigured system: to find out, please post the output of 'im-switch -l' b) a bug in nautilus, GTK, Gnome or other libraries involved. c) a bug in scim, which is unlikely, since scim works fine in other text fields in GTK/Gnome applications. Also, it would be nice to know which Ubuntu flavor (Ubuntu/Kubuntu) and release version (Gutsy, Hardy, Intrepid?) your friend uses. -- GTK popup search not working for Chinese https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/292991 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
