Sorry for my poor englsh. I had the same problem until today. When I recibe your mail, I rename my .mldonkey directory, but the problem was the same. Then I create a new user and kmldonkey works OK ;-) So was a mistake in my old configuration. With this information, I remove my old /home/faro/.kde/share/config/kmldonkeyrc, the aplication create a new one, and all works perfectly now. Thanks for your work.
