Can you comment which Ubuntu release you've installed? I'm going to
assume Intrepid. Can you comment which kernel version you are using?
cat /proc/version_signature should tell you the version. This might be
related to bug 264019 which should have been resolved with the
2.6.27-7.15 kernel. Thanks.
