procps should not be reverted. The correct fix is to handle this how it
was done with wine: add a file to /etc/sysctl.d/ that resets the
mmap_min to 0 when you have installed applications that require it (i.e.
wine, dosemu). The vast majority of Ubuntu users do no use those
applications, so the system default should stay at 64k.
